This week, in the United States, Women in Construction are being recognized and celebrated. This is a National Association of Women in Construction-led (NAWIC) event. This year’s theme is to “Connect, Collaborate, Construct”. In other to connect and collaborate, we need to find communities of like minded people who want to do the same. I do love the manner in which you have framed this situation plus it really does offer me some fodder for consideration. On the other hand, coming from just what I have observed, I only hope when the actual feedback stack on that people today continue to be on issue and not embark upon a soap box associated with the news du jour. All the same, thank you for this fantastic point and although I can not really agree with it in totality, I respect your perspective.
